• Understanding of REST APIs, database integration, hosting, DNS, and web security.

The role involves collaborating with UI/UX designers, digital marketers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions while ensuring an outstanding user experience.

Website Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, secure, and high-performance websites and web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Develop responsive websites optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform debugging, and ensure smooth website functionality.

Website Optimization & Performance

• Optimize website speed, performance, accessibility, SEO, and user experience.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, website security, and compliance with modern web standards.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CMS platforms, plugins, and enterprise applications.
• Perform regular website maintenance, feature enhancements, security updates, and version control.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Digital Marketing, Branding, and Content teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies, AI-powered development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Recommend innovative solutions that improve website functionality, user engagement, and business efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Web Development or Full-Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Bootstrap, PHP, WordPress, or modern web frameworks.
• Experience developing responsive, mobile-first, and cross-browser compatible websites.
• Understanding of REST APIs, database integration, website hosting, DNS management,and web security.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, website optimization, and performance enhancement.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple development projects and deliver high-quality solutions within deadline.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Web Development, Front-end Development, Back-end Development, or Full-Stack Development.
• Certifications in JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, React, Google Analytics, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Web Development will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, and modern web development practices.
