Job summary

HR GLOBAL SERVICES INDIA LLP is seeking a skilled web developer in Bengaluru to design, build, and optimize web applications using Laravel, PHP, and WordPress. The role involves API integration, cloud hosting, and managing deployments with a focus on performance and security.

You will work across design, product, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions and take ownership from requirements through deployment and maintenance. 2–4 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of web development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, PHP, and WordPress.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of MySQL and database management.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, PHP, and WordPress.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and database management.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Experience with DigitalOcean, cPanel, cloud hosting, website deployment, DNS, and SSL.
• Knowledge of Git and version-control workflows.
• Understanding of SEO principles, website performance optimization, and web security best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging web applications and production environments.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations is an advantage.
• SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or product-company experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
