Job summary

Advance Career Solutions is seeking a Cloud WAF Engineer to join our security team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS WAF and other cloud WAFs, and strong knowledge of web application security and OWASP Top 10.

You will analyze logs, tune rules, and assist in incident response with SOC teams. Experience with TLS, HTTPS, rate limiting, and familiarity with DevSecOps practices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS WAF / Cloud WAF.
• Strong knowledge of Web Application Security and OWASP Top 10.
• WAF rule creation, tuning and troubleshooting.
• Security log analysis for WAF/SOC/SIRT.
• Experience handling web security incidents with SOC teams.
• Knowledge of HTTPS, TLS termination, certificates and rate limiting.
• Exposure to F5, Akamai, ModSecurity or other WAF technologies.
• Understanding of AWS / AZURE / GCP cloud services, networking and security controls.
• Basic experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD and Git is desirable.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
