Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking an Azure Cloud Workload Security WAF engineer with 7+ years of experience. You will work on WAF solutions for edge, cloud, and on-premise, manage Azure services, and implement IAM controls for WAF management.

The role requires strong scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), IaC with Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and monitoring/logging with ELK or Splunk. Location is PAN India with up to 30 days notice period.

Qualifications

• WAF experience for Azure Cloud across edge, cloud, and on-premise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and IAM controls for WAF management.
• Experience with CI/CD and scripting for security testing in pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and tune WAF configurations, including placement and rate limiting.
• Integrate WAF controls with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.
• Develop custom WAF rules and security testing packages.
• Maintain monitoring/logging with ELK/Splunk or similar stacks.
• Address general connectivity/network issues and service management.
• Collaborate on OWASP top 10 remediation and secure deployment practices.
