Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and high-value clients.
• Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers and develop a strong customer portfolio.
• Drive business through CASA, term deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party products.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable banking and investment solutions.
• Achieve assigned targets for revenue generation, portfolio growth, and customer acquisition.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement and effective service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase customer wallet share.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Relationship Management, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or CASA Sales.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in client acquisition, portfolio management, and cross-selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve business targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from private sector banks and financial services organizations.
• Experience in handling premium, affluent, or retail banking customers will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a strong sales track record and customer-handling skills are preferred.
