V Konnect is seeking a wealth management professional to manage HNI relationships and drive investments. You will provide financial planning and advisory services while cross-selling banking products to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management / HNI / Affluent / Priority Banking.
• Strong client acquisition, relationship management and investment product knowledge.
• Good communication and sales skills with a proven target-achievement record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow HNI banking and investment relationships.
• Drive investments, CASA, liabilities, and overall wallet share through acquisition and deepening.
• Achieve targets across CASA, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, mutual funds and insurance.
• Provide financial planning and investment advisory to HNI clients.
• Cross-sell wealth and banking products to increase revenue and fee income.
• Maintain regular client engagement and ensure high service satisfaction.
• Ensure proper client profiling, sales documentation and adherence to internal processes/compliance.
