Job summary

Rekrut India is seeking an Equity Advisor / Equity Dealer to provide equity investment ideas, advisory, and trading strategies to clients. You will manage existing clients and help expand the client base while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in equity advisory/dealing, strong knowledge of Indian markets, and the ability to meet revenue and client acquisition targets through timely market updates and stock recommendations.

Job description

Position: Equity Advisor / Equity Dealer

Location: [Noida / Delhi /Gurgaon/ Faridabad/ Mumbai /Kanpur/ Lucknow/ Indore/ Chennai/ Jaipur / Hyderabad/ Coimbatore/Vizag/ Mangalore]

Experience: 2+ years in Equity Advisory / Equity Dealing / Broking

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide equity investment ideas and advisory to clients based on market research and analysis.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Generate revenue through equity trading and advisory services.
• Acquire new clients and expand the client base through references, networking, and business development.
• Understand client investment objectives, risk profile, and trading preferences.
• Track market movements, company fundamentals, technical indicators, and relevant news.
• Provide timely market updates, stock recommendations, and trading strategies to clients.
• Achieve assigned revenue, brokerage, and client acquisition targets.
• Cross-sell other investment products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, PMS, AIF, and other financial products, wherever relevant.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory
• requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Indian equity markets and capital markets.
• Good understanding of fundamental and/or technical analysis.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate business and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Existing client relationships or a client base will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in Equity Advisory, Equity Dealing, Broking, Investment Advisory, or Capital Markets will be preferred.
