Job summary

Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL) is seeking a dynamic equity broking professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You will provide market insights, investment ideas, and portfolio guidance tailored to client risk profiles, while actively cross-selling third-party investment products.

Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years in equity broking or wealth management, strong knowledge of Indian markets, and hands-on experience in acquiring and managing retail, HNI or affluent

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in Equity Broking / Wealth Management / Equity Advisory.
• Strong understanding of Indian equity markets, equity products and capital markets.
• Hands-on experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Experience handling Retail, HNI or Affluent clients is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of equity trading, Demat/trading accounts, market terms and investments.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and target 2-3 new clients monthly.
• Generate brokerage revenue from self-sourced and RM-sourced clients.
• Provide clients with equity market insights, investment ideas and portfolio guidance.
• Cross-sell third-party investment products.
• Maintain regular client communication through calls, meetings and market updates.
• NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives Certification is mandatory or preferred.
• Terminal experience is desirable.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and acquire Monthly 2-3 new clients as per defined business targets.
• Generate brokerage revenue through self-sourced clients as well as clients sourced through Relationship Managers (RMs).
• Provide clients with equity market insights, investment ideas and portfolio-related guidance based on their requirements and risk profile.
• Drive cross-selling of third-party investment products.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings and market updates
• NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives Certification is mandatory/preferred as per business requirement.
• Terminal Experience

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of Indian equity markets, equity products and capital markets.
