ITM Group of Institutions is seeking an Assistant Professor / Faculty in Decision Science to join the academic team at ITM Skills University. The role focuses on delivering lectures and practical sessions across decision science, analytics, and statistics for business decisions.

The candidate should have a Ph.D. or related advanced degree and possess strong quantitative skills with an emphasis on data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. / MBA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Decision Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Science, or related fields.
• Candidates with strong quantitative and analytical backgrounds will be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Decision Science, Business Analytics, Statistics for Business Decisions, Data-driven Decision Making, Predictive Analytics, Operations Research, Quantitative Methods.
• Develop course material, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students on analytics projects, research work, and industry-based applications.
• Guide students in applying analytical frameworks for solving real-world business problems.
• Conduct workshops and sessions on emerging trends in analytics and decision sciences.
• Participate in academic research, curriculum development, and institutional activities.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

ITM Skills University is looking for a passionate and experienced Faculty Decision Science to join our academic team and contribute towards developing future-ready professionals in analytics, data-driven decision-making, and business problem-solving.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic development.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
• Research publications, consulting experience, or industry projects will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Ph.D. / MBA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Decision Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Science, or related fields.
• Candidates with strong quantitative and analytical backgrounds will be preferred.

Experience

• 210 years of teaching and/or industry experience in Decision Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Analytics, or related domains.
• Candidates with research experience, publications, or industry consulting exposure will be an added advantage.
