Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, research-oriented, and dedicatedAssociate Professorto join our progressive faculty team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, driving academic excellence, and contributing to institutional research in the fields ofComputer Science, IT, AI, and Data Science.As a mandatory prerequisite, the candidate must possess aPh.D.alongside a strong foundation in core computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Leadership:Deliver engaging, comprehensive lectures across undergraduate and postgraduate programs (including BCA and MCA courses).


• Curriculum Development:Design, review, and modernize course syllabi to align with industry advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Information Technology.


• Research & Innovation:Conduct independent research, publish original papers in indexed, peer-reviewed international journals (such as Scopus or UGC-CARE), and apply for research grants.


• Student Mentorship:Guide students through practical laboratory work, academic projects, research theses, and provide career counseling.


• Institutional Governance:Actively participate in departmental administrative tasks, internal examinations, NAAC/NBA accreditation documentations, and university committees.


• Industry Collaboration:Help bridge the gap between academia and industry by organizing workshops, guest lectures, hackathons, and placement assistance programs.

Eligibility & Qualifications
