We are hiring Relationship Manager – Wealth (Goa, Vadodara, Ahmedabad)

Job Purpose: To build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, drive sales and enhance overall client experience.

Key responsibilities and deliverables:

• Maintain 100% compliance for self across mandatory certifications: CIEL / AMFI / IRDA / PMS / SIF.
• Ensure 100% compliance to recommended / non‑recommended funds declaration.
• Handle outstanding deferrals / exception processing within TAT – revert and close to Staff Audit Alert.
• Keep updates on functional and industry knowledge.
• Set positive examples and guide staff members through new tasks, building rapport with others.
• Apply strong knowledge in equity and other investment areas.
• Focus on creating measures of excellence.
• Set clear, achievable goals in line with broader objectives of the desk and monitor progress.

Qualifications and experience:

• Education: Graduation/Post‑Graduation in Marketing, Finance, or CA.
• Minimum 5‑10 years of experience, with mandatory exposure to wealth management.
• Preferred knowledge of Treasury, mutual fund houses, and related personnel.
