The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in wealth management or private banking and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive compensation includes fixed and performance-based incentives, along with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes.
• Certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients with focus on wealth creation and retention.
• Understand client goals, risk appetite, and financial needs to recommend appropriate investment products.
• Drive new client acquisition through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
• Ensure regular engagement with clients via reviews and financial planning discussions.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to deliver investment solutions.
• Track market trends and regulatory updates to advise clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company guidelines.
• Achieve revenue and AUM growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients with focus on wealth creation and retention.
• Understand client goals, risk appetite, and financial needs to recommend appropriate investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, Insurance, etc.).
• Drive new client acquisition through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
• Ensure regular engagement with clients via reviews, portfolio updates, and financial planning discussions.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to deliver best-in-class investment solutions.
• Track market trends, investment performance, and regulatory updates to proactively advise clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company guidelines.
• Achieve revenue and AUM growth targets as per business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of investment products across asset classes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.
• Certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA (preferred but not mandatory).
