Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs in Siliguri invites a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our clinical laboratory team. You will perform assigned analytical testing procedures accurately, maintain records, and ensure timely reporting of results.

You will follow SOPs, apply quality control measures, and uphold safety guidelines while handling specimens. Immediate joiners preferred and relevant DMLT/BMLT qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Qualification required: DMLT or BMLT.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience in laboratory testing beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing procedures accurately and timely.
• Maintain records and documentation for tests and results.
• Follow SOPs for specimen handling, analysis, and reporting.
• Apply quality control and calibration procedures and ensure safety compliance.
• Review and release test results as per lab protocols.
• Maintain adherence to internal and external QC processes.

Job description

Position- Lab Technician

Location- Siliguri

Role & responsibilities :

• To perform assigned analytical testing procedures in an accurate, precise, and timely manner in the assigned lab.
• To perform routine and non-routine activities pertaining to laboratory testing and reporting and maintaining external and Internal Quality control.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test result.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures as per SOP's, review and release test results.
• Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, instrument and procedural calibrations and follow safety guidelines as per established organization protocols.

• Qualification: DMLT, BMLT
