Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs is hiring a Lab Technician to join the Uttar Pradesh Meerut lab. Qualified candidates with DMLT, BMLT, or BVoc MLT and UP State Medical Faculty Registration are required, with compliance to established SOPs and quality controls.

The role involves performing analytical tests, reporting findings, and maintaining meticulous records in a compliant lab environment. Responsibilities include routine/non-routine testing, ensuring accurate results, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned analytical testing procedures accurately and timely in the laboratory.
• Carry out routine and non-routine laboratory testing and reporting, ensuring quality control.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Follow procedures for specimen handling, processing, testing, reporting, and recording patient results.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures per SOPs and review/release results.
• Adhere to quality control policies, instrument calibration, and safety guidelines as per organizational protocols.

Role & responsibilities

• To perform assigned analytical testing procedures in an accurate, precise, and timely manner in the assigned lab.
• To perform routine and non-routine activities pertaining to laboratory testing and reporting and maintaining external and Internal Quality control
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting
• and maintaining records of patient test result.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures as per SOP's, review and release test results.
• Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, instrument and procedural calibrations and follow safety guidelines as per established organization protocols.
