Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs in Delhi is seeking a Lab Technician to join the Paschim Vihar site. The role involves performing assigned analytical testing procedures accurately, maintaining internal and external quality controls, and documenting results in keeping with SOPs.

Candidates should hold DMLT or BMLT, bring 1–5 years of relevant experience, and be ready for immediate joining. The position requires adherence to safety guidelines and proper specimen handling and reporting as part of daily laboratory

Qualifications

• DMLT or BMLT required.
• 1–5 years of lab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• To perform assigned analytical testing procedures accurately and timely.
• To conduct routine and non-routine laboratory testing and reporting with quality control.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Follow specimen handling, processing, analysis, and reporting procedures.

Role & responsibilities

• To perform assigned analytical testing procedures in an accurate, precise, and timely manner in the assigned lab.
• To perform routine and non-routine activities pertaining to laboratory testing and reporting and maintaining external and Internal Quality control.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test result.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures as per SOP's, review and release test results.
• Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies, instrument and procedural calibrations and follow safety guidelines as per established organization protocols.
