Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs in Mandi invites applications for a Lab Technician. You will perform analytical testing, ensure timely reporting, and maintain strict quality controls in a busy laboratory environment.

The role requires 1–5 years of experience and qualifications in DMLT, BMLT, CMLT, or BVoc MLT. The ideal candidate will handle routine and non-routine testing, comply with SOPs, maintain accurate records, and adhere to safety guidelines while contributing to ongoing quality assurance programs.

Qualifications

• To perform analytical testing procedures accurately, precisely and timely in the assigned lab.
• To perform routine and non-routine activities pertaining to laboratory testing and reporting and maintaining external and internal quality control.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Follow procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining patient test records.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures per SOPs, review and release test results.
• Adhere to quality control policies, instrument calibrations and safety guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

To perform assigned analytical testing procedures in an accurate, precise, and timely manner in the assigned lab.

Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting and maintaining records of patient test result.

and procedural calibrations and follow safety guidelines as per established organization protocols.
