Job summary

Sodexo in India is seeking an HVAC Technician with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining HVAC systems. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of AC and ventilation equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety protocols.

Responsibilities include inspecting AHU/FCU and split units, checking refrigerant levels, reading equipment parameters, and coordinating with the shift engineer for major repairs.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred in HVAC maintenance.
• Good knowledge of HVAC operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to read equipment parameters and maintenance checklists.

• Carry out basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Maintain daily maintenance checklists, logbooks and breakdown reports.
• Ensure proper use of tools, PPE and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the Shift Engineer/Supervisor for major breakdowns and repairs.
• Maintain good housekeeping in HVAC plant rooms and work areas.
