• Lead end-to-end content creation aligned with the companys brand voice, communication objectives and strategic narrative.
• Develop long-form and short-form content including articles, blogs, leadership messages, speeches, whitepapers, press statements and website copy.
• Drive thought leadership content by collaborating closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
• Ensure all content is accurate, research-driven, well-structured and compelling.
• Craft narratives that strengthen brand positioning, employer branding and corporate reputation.
• Create campaign copy, messaging frameworks, taglines and storytelling pieces for marketing initiatives.
• Support public relations content, press notes, media quotes, messaging documents and event briefs.
• Write internal communication material including newsletters, announcements, leadership communications, culture stories and engagement campaigns.
• Support HR with content for onboarding, internal events, townhalls, culture campaigns, and employee experience initiatives.
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and corporate digital channels.
• Draft posts, engagement content and scripts for videos, reels, podcasts and brand stories.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure consistent digital storytelling.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality content across thought leadership, brand storytelling, internal communication, campaigns and business communication. This role requires exceptional writing skills, editorial judgment, the ability to simplify complex concepts and extensive experience collaborating with senior leadership. The candidate must be a postgraduate in Mass Communication / Journalism, with 12-15 years of experience in large-scale organisations. Candidates with experience in content writing in IT / ITeS industry are highly preferred, given the need to craft narratives around technology, digital transformation and enterprise services.
