Job summary

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience preferred in electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of LT panels, motors, pumps and distribution systems.
• Ability to use basic electrical testing tools and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day electrical operation and maintenance activities.
• Attend electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot faults.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
• Operate and maintain LT panels, DBs, MCCs, motors, pumps, lighting systems and other electrical equipment.
• Check electrical parameters such as voltage, current and load.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify abnormal conditions.
• Attend electrical complaints and complete jobs within the required time.
• Maintain maintenance checklists, logbooks, job cards and breakdown reports.
• Assist in DG, UPS, transformer and other electrical equipment maintenance as required.
• Follow PTW, LOTO, PPE and all electrical safety procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in electrical rooms and work areas.
• Report major faults, spare requirements and equipment abnormalities to the supervisor/engineer.
• Support emergency maintenance activities when required.
