You should hold DMLT or BMLT with MBA preferred, and possess 4–8 years of relevant experience along with strong data analytics, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in laboratory management.
• Skilled in data analytics and MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality control measures and conduct audits to ensure accuracy of lab results.

• Manage manpower and resolve lab issues.
• Oversee lab workflow and processes to boost efficiency.

Position- Assistant Manager

Vacant Location - Kolkata

Role & responsibilities:

• Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. Conduct regular audits and proficiency testing and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Accountable for improving customer experience and customer retention in labs by developing and mentoring the lab staff experience
• Technical management to manage overall responsibility of the Biochemistry section proficient in Processing patient sample, equipment maintenance and minor troubleshooting
• managing manpower, resolving lab issue.
• Manage laboratory workflow and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Implement cost optimization strategies to manage operations profitably, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all laboratory equipment. Coordinate with maintenance technicians or vendors to perform routine maintenance and calibration tasks.
• Complaint handeling.
• Skilled in data analytics & Excel & Power point uses
