Job summary

Egis India is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to supervise construction projects in water/wastewater, industrial areas and smart city programs in Kerala. You will oversee field execution, review construction schedules, ensure adherence to drawings, specs and contract provisions, and coordinate with planning, design, procurement, and environmental teams.

The ideal candidate has graduation in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of site supervision experience, including water/wastewater/STP

Qualifications

• Graduation in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
• 8+ years of experience in supervising construction projects.
• Experience in water/wastewater, industrial areas, smart cities preferred.
• At least 2 years in water/wastewater/STP project supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve construction schedules, method statements, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with planning, design, procurement and environmental teams for construction readiness.
• Monitor execution to ensure work aligns with drawings, specs and contract provisions.
• Validate adherence to quality standards and safety norms; implement QA/QAP at site.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, site photos and dashboards; attend client/contractor meetings.
