Egis seeks a Civil Engineer with strong site supervision experience to oversee water and wastewater projects in India. The role focuses on ensuring construction quality, safety, and adherence to drawings and contract provisions.

You will coordinate with planning, design, procurement, and environmental teams, prepare progress reports, and attend meetings with clients and contractors to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; 8+ years of supervision experience in water/wastewater, industrial areas, smart cities etc.
• Experience in supervising Water/wastewater/STP projects is required (≥2 years).

Responsabilités

• Review and approve construction schedules, method statements, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with planning, design, procurement, and environmental teams for construction readiness.
• Monitor execution to ensure work is per drawings, specs, and contract provisions.
• Validate contractor’s adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
• Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) at site.
• Approve or reject construction materials based on tests and quality checks.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, site photos, and dashboards.
• Attend meetings with client and contractors.

Job Description

• Support in review and approval of construction schedules, method statements, and resource plans submitted by Contractor.
• Coordinate with planning, design, procurement, and environmental teams for construction readiness.

• Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) at site

• Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and suggest corrective measures to maintain timelines
• Assist in preparation of monthly progress reports, site photos, and dashboards.

Qualifications

Graduation in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 Years experience in the Supervision of Construction Projects of Water/wastewater, Industrial areas, smart cities etc. Atleast one Water/wastewater/STP projectsupervision experience required of not less than 2 years.
