Job summary

Egis Group seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise construction projects in Palakkad, India. The role focuses on on-site supervision, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specs and contracts, and coordinating with planning, design, procurement, and environmental teams.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years supervision experience in water/wastewater, industrials or smart city projects, with at least 2 years in water/wastewater/STP supervision. On-site work in Kerala is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8 years in supervising construction projects (water/wastewater, industrials, smart cities).
• At least 2 years supervising water/wastewater/STP projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve construction schedules, method statements, and resource plans submitted by Contractor.
• Coordinate with planning, design, procurement, and environmental teams for construction readiness.
• Monitor execution to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications and contract provisions.
• Validate contractor adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, site photos, and dashboards.
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

• Assist in preparation of monthly progress reports, site photos, and dashboards.

Graduation in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 Years experience in the Supervision of Construction Projects of Water/wastewater, Industrial areas, smart cities etc. Atleast one Water/wastewater/STP projectsupervision experience required of not less than 2 years.
