Job summary

TOPSEL TOYOTA in Gangtok, India, seeks a Warranty Claims Specialist to manage warranty claims, verify vehicle defects and repairs, and ensure accurate documentation across the claims lifecycle. You will monitor claim processing, maintain warranty records, prevent claim rejections, and coordinate with Toyota and internal teams to ensure compliance with company and Toyota warranty policies.

The role requires meticulous attention to policy details and strong communication with customers and service

Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduation or equivalent.
• Experience in warranty/claims processing preferred.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

Overall, the work culture and management support are very positive. As a small suggestion, new employees who are not yet familiar with the Company culture and SOPs may be guided from the beginning so that they can easily adapt to the work environment and maintain the positive culture of the Organization. Additionally, sometimes communication between departments takes more time than expected, which may delay certain processes. Faster coordination and smoother communication channels could improve operational efficiency. This suggestions are shared only with a positive mindset for the betterment of Company and teamwork.
