Job summary

Parnami Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Dadri/Sonipat location. You will manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with SAP/WMS systems. The role requires strong organization, problem solving, and adherence to safety and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch.
• Knowledge of manpower handling and warehouse documentation.
• Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
• SAP/WMS knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, loading, unloading, and dispatch.
• Allocate tasks to warehouse staff and monitor team productivity.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct physical stock verification.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and ensure proper material storage.
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with SAP Operators/DEOs and other operational teams.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping, safety, and operational discipline.
• Prepare daily reports and resolve stock discrepancies.
