Job summary

Westernacher Consulting in Bengaluru seeks a Warehouse Process Specialist to strengthen its Business Transformation capability. You will analyze end-to-end warehouse and supply chain processes, define transformation roadmaps, and partner with clients and software teams to deliver practical, technology-enabled improvements.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive process redesign, and support change management across logistics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience in business transformation, process improvement, digitalization, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate operational requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience as warehouse process owner or during warehouse technology implementations.
• Exposure to warehouse software integration with business operations (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie).

We are looking for a Warehouse Process Specialist to strengthen our growing Business Transformation and Process Consulting capability. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked on the operational side of logistics and understand how to make processes more productive, efficient, and scalable through different software solutions. You will partner with clients and software consulting teams to shape practical future-state warehouse processes. Expertise in a specific platform is not required; what matters is a strong understanding of warehouse operations and how software solutions can enable the business.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into technology-enabled solutions.
• Support change management, process redesign, and business transformation initiatives across logistics and supply chain functions.
• Collaborate with consulting and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and business outcomes.
• You will bring real-world operational expertise to complement our Consulting capabilities, helping clients transform their logistics operations through a combination of business insight, process excellence, and technology innovation.

Your Expertise

• 8+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes and industry best practices.
• Experience participating in business transformation, process improvement, digitalization, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate operational requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience as a warehouse process owner, subject-matter expert, key business user, solution-design contributor, or business representative during a warehouse technology implementation.
• Good understanding of how warehouse software solutions integrate with and benefit business operations. Exposure may include SAP/Manhattan/ Blue Yonder/ Red Prairie/ or other warehouse platforms; expertise in a particular product is not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel (domestic or International) for short client-site assignments to observe warehouse operations and physical processes.
