Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack products according to company standards

• Label packages and ensure correct documentation is included

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety guidelines

• Perform quality control checks to ensure no damaged or incorrect items are shipped

• Report any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor

• Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse upkeep

• Meet daily packing targets and efficiency benchmarks

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to lift up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills

• Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic warehouse technology

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Experience

• No prior warehouse experience required; freshers are welcome

• Previous experience in packing, logistics, or a similar warehouse role is an advantage

• Full training will be provided

Working Hours

• Flexible shift options: Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts available

• Part-time and full-time opportunities
