Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a HighJump Platform & Integration (WMS) Analyst in Bengaluru to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot WMS and integrations. L1 focuses on triaging and SOPs, while L2 handles RCA, database debugging, and system maintenance.

You will work with SAP–WMS interfaces, Azure cloud, and DevOps tools to ensure stable operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on HighJump experience, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HighJump WMS and warehouse management applications.
• Experience with HighJump Architect for development, customization, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with Advantage Link for interfaces, integrations, and communication mapping.
• Strong MS SQL Server skills, including querying, stored procedure debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of HighJump architecture hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as DataDog.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Jira for incident, ticket, and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub or similar version-control tools.
• Understanding of SAP–WMS integration flows.
• Experience supporting warehouse technologies such as RF/RDT scanners, Voice Pick, and HighJump on iPad.
• Strong production troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities.

Role - HighJump Platform & Integration (WMS) Analyst

Overview - The HighJump Platform & Integration Support Engineer (L1/L2) will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot warehouse management systems (WMS) and their integrations. L1 focuses on initial triaging and standard operating procedures (SOPs). L2 handles deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA), database debugging, and system maintenance.
