Job summary

NTT DATA in Bangalore invites a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive requirements gathering, document processes, and design data workbooks and test cases in line with business and technical specs.

You will support QA efforts, evaluate results, track defects, plan tests, and communicate risks to project teams while contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Arrange workshops with process owners to document requirements or enhancements requested.
• Analyze user requirements to design data workbooks and test cases/scripts per business and technical specs.
• Ensure the quality of requirements and design specifications.
• Assist QA testing efforts for projects during development and implementation phases.
• Evaluate test results, create defect tickets and track issues to resolution.
• Plan and schedule test activities to ensure functional, system, integration, and technical specifications.

We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Arrange workshops with process owners with the purpose of documenting requirements or enhancements requested.
• Analyze user requirements to design and create comprehensive data workbooks and test cases/scripts that are in accordance with business and technical specifications
• Ensure the quality of requirements and design specifications
• Assist the QA testing efforts for projects during the development and implementation phases
• Evaluate test results, create defect tickets and track issues to resolution
• Plan and schedule test activities to ensure functional, system, integration, and technical specifications
• Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project team members, project managers and IT management
• Assist support teams with incidents reported that are related to Service Catalog items.
• Recommend new methods, suggests alternative solutions and changes to established methods to improve quality and increase productivity related to the service catalog.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and attainment of project deliverables.
• Participating proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives. Also suggesting and implementing improvements.
