We are currently seeking a SAP MM/WM Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Resource should be expert in follwoing areas - MM / WM & also should be able to handle & guide team as Module Lead.

Consultant needs to work in 12.00PM to 10.00PM shift & 3.30pm to 1.30am shift needs to have a good communication skill. Needs to have 5yrs of experience in implementation & Support. Should be able to work on SLA's, should have experience to handle multiple clients and ability to sync with different clients and different process simultaneously.

MM WM:

SAPMM consultant - Need to work form client location manage SAP MM Area

Should have 7 -8 yrs. of Relavant SAP MM Expereince
Should have exp in Warehouse Management for 1year minimum.

8 Years of SAP S4HANA Implementation experience in MM. - Minimum of 2 End to End Implementation in SAP S4HANA is a must have and should have template rollout experience. Should have handled it independently - E2E means – Having Business Workshop for requirement gathering, AS-IS, To-BE, Configuration, Customization, Testing, Cutover and Golive. - Should have good experience in working with development/technical team. - Should have worked on Enhancements/ rollout / Implementation in customer projects. - Should have knowledge and experience in integration with all SAP modules. - Should have good experience in planning, managing and tracking the project. - Good knowledge on Integrated processes with all modules. - Should have worked on 3rd party Interface & Good Knowledge on IDOC.

WM:

Identify and support priority tickets as per business necessity. Worked on IDOCs interface as a part of EDI to communicate between the SAP and Non- SAP systems.Hands on experience on STO processes, inbound processes, Outbound Processes, Production staging.Hands on experience on reversal process of STO, Purchase order, process order. Worked on Physical Inventory count process on HU and NON-HU managed Warehouse sites.Hands on experience on cross docking process.Knowledge on experience in TRM (Task resource management) process.Hands on experience in Replenishment process.Good knowledge on warehouse number, storage type, storage bin and search sequences set up.Good knowledge on Picking/Placement Strategies.Providing support for Warehouse Management integration with MM/SD/PP areas.Involved in Test case preparations and performing unit, integration testing for positive and negative scenarios.Good Knowledge on Handling unit management process.Hands on experience Mobile data entry standard transactions and custom transactions like Put away/Picking by Delivery, Physical Inventory, and TO confirmation.Knowledge on LE shipping by various functions like shipping conditions, route determination including the configuration of shipping types, modes of transport, routes and stages, transportation groups and loading groups.

SAP WM:

Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is preferred
Must have experience in WM-ERP Master Data integration via Core Interfaces.
Must have Experience in Configuring Pack and Quality Inspection, Configuring Physical Inventory, Configure Slotting and Rearrangement Post processing framework, Output configuration of Master Data & Warehouse Structure Creation and Dock.
Must have Experience in direct goods receipt and deconsolidation , good issue process via stock transfer orders, put away and picking strategies, Kitting.
Understand the interdependencies of the SAP PP, PP-PI, MM, QM and WM modules, including master data and transactional objects (e.g. orders, material documents etc.,)
Strong exposure with Radio Frequency (Mobile data entry) functionalities.
Good exposure in Handling Unit / Batch Management processes.
Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.

Good to have if SAP Module lead / FLM ( Project Manager)

Project Delivery

Manage SS FLM group accountable for timely and accurate customer deliveries
Review support execution & reporting on various accounts and provide direction and guidance as needed
Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
take critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
Escalation point of contact for respective Account DM’s
Responsible for Continuous improvements & overall Delivery excellence

People Management

Coordination with GRM/VMG/TA for timely fulfilments
Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements
Responsible for achieving bench mark utilization of resources across SS pool
Responsible for periodic reviews, recognition & rewards for SS resources
Resource attrition management / retention
Coordinate with HR/IT/Admin & other support functions to provide a conducive work environment for the resources
Should also be able to take of SLA adherence, daily traiging and ticket updates
