Classic Tents & Events is seeking a Warehouse Cleaning Associate for the 1st shift. The role focuses on inspections and cleaning of tents in inventory, ensuring readiness for customer orders and delivery schedules.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 20–40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally, and be willing to work seven days a week. Prior warehouse or rental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean tents in inventory and prepare them for customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Clean tent vinyl and equipment, including flooring, tables, and chairs.
• Fold/unfold vinyl for inspection and cleaning.
• Use cleaning materials to remove dirt, stains, and leaves from surfaces.
• Load and unload the automated vinyl washer.
• Inspect returned tents for damage and coordinate timely repairs.
• Assist other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Job Description

The Warehouse Cleaning Associate is responsible for inspections and cleaning of all tents in inventory, preparing them for availability for customer orders and delivery schedules.

Essential Functions

• Cleans all tent vinyl and other equipment, such as flooring, tables, and chairs.
• Folds and unfolds tent vinyl for inspection and cleaning.
• Utilizes cleaning materials to remove dirt, stains, and leaves from tent vinyl and other equipment.
• Loads and unloads the automated vinyl washer.
• Cleans vinyl, wood, plastics, and other materials thoroughly with mops, brooms, and a pressure washer.
• Inspects returned tents and other equipment for damage and ensures they are processed and repaired in a timely manner.
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to customers.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Work Environment

• May be exposed to loud or distracting sounds or noise levels.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must be able to lift approximately 20-40 lbs. consistently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be available for work 7 days a week.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of the rental industry and tent setup preferred.
• Construction or other outdoor field work experience.
• Three months of rental, warehouse, or general cleaning experience is a plus.
• Bilingual or able to speak Spanish is a plus.
