Job summary

Conduent in Bengaluru is recruiting for a Customer Experience Associate to work on international voice process. Freshers or experienced candidates can apply. You will handle inbound calls, provide product and service information, and resolve customer queries while adhering to defined TAT.

Rotational night shifts are required. Applicants should have 12th/PUC/Diploma/any graduate/postgraduate qualifications with strong English communication. Immediate joiners are preferred.

• Identify and engage issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
