• Directory Services Management: Manage and maintain Azure AD and Windows AD environments to ensure optimal performance and availability
• User and Group Management: Oversee user and group management including provisioning deprovisioning and access control
• Authentication and Authorization: Implement and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to resources
• Operations Support: Provide operational support for directory services including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy directory services components ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of directory services and implement improvements as needed
• Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect directory services including encryption access control and monitoring
• User Support: Provide support to endusers for directory services issues assist users with accessing and using directory services conduct training and create user guides
• Policy Enforcement: Develop and enforce policies related to directory services usage security and compliance
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of directory services
