Job summary

Subha Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and coordination for real estate projects in Bengaluru. The role requires strong planning skills, expertise in construction documentation, and effective coordination with structural and MEP consultants.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in architecture, a B.Arch degree, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD and Revit. Immediate joiners are preferred to drive project execution and site coordination.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in architecture, preferably within real estate/construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of residential/commercial building design and construction.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for residential and real estate projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Monitor design implementation and ensure alignment with project requirements.
