Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate the UPSC Civil Services coaching programme.
• Conduct classes for UPSC aspirants based on subject expertise.
• Develop academic strategies, study plans, and course structures for Prelims and Mains.
• Prepare and review study materials, notes, assignments, and test series.
• Guide and mentor UPSC aspirants throughout their preparation journey.
• Coordinate with subject faculty members and guest educators.
• Assist in recruiting and building a strong UPSC faculty team.
• Monitor academic quality and student performance.
• Conduct answer-writing sessions, discussions, and mentorship programmes.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the UPSC Department.
• Work closely with the management to establish and scale the UPSC coaching vertical.

Professor Academy is planning to launch its UPSC Civil Services Coaching Division and is looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and dynamic UPSC aspirants to become part of our founding academic team.

We are looking for a young and energetic UPSC aspirant who has appeared for and cleared the UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination at least once.

The selected candidate will play a key role in building and leading the UPSC academic department

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate the UPSC Civil Services coaching programme.
• Conduct classes for UPSC aspirants based on the candidate's subject expertise.
• Develop academic strategies, study plans, and course structures for Prelims and Mains.
• Prepare and review study materials, notes, assignments, and test series.
• Guide and mentor UPSC aspirants throughout their preparation journey.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have cleared the UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination at least once.
• Strong understanding of the UPSC Civil Services Examination pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategy.
• Excellent knowledge in one or more UPSC General Studies subjects.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate UPSC aspirants.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Madurai office.

Preferred

• Candidates from Tamil Nadu only.
• Young and passionate UPSC aspirants who wish to build a career in the education sector.
• Experience in UPSC teaching, mentoring, answer evaluation, or content development will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who have appeared for the UPSC Personality Test/Interview will be given additional preference.
