Job summary

Eagle Wings Overseas in Noida is seeking a proactive telecaller to handle inbound and outbound visa-related inquiries. You will explain visa processes, assess client requirements, and schedule appointments with visa counsellors where needed.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Hindi, with strong convincing and negotiation skills. Freshers with excellent communication are welcome. Training will be provided to support growth in the visa services sector.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, visa consultancy, immigration or overseas education is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of visa processes and overseas services will be an advantage.
• Comfortable explaining costs, procedures and terms & conditions to clients.
• Target-oriented, confident and professional with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients regarding visa and overseas opportunities.

• Build strong customer relationships and achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
• Ensure that all information shared with clients is accurate and aligned with company policies.
