Job summary

Sutherland in Chennai invites applications for a Technical Voice process position. The role requires excellent verbal communication and at least 6 months of experience in international voice support, with immediate joining possible (15 days notice acceptable).

You will handle real-time voice calls within a night-shift oriented schedule, on a five-day work week with rotational shifts. Work location is Office-based with a cab facility up to 25 km from the office, and candidates must be ready for

We are hiring candidates for Technical Voice process -International Voice Support

Job Criteria

1) Excellent verbal communication skills

2) Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process

3) Should be available to join us immediately (15 days Notice Period is Considerable)

4) Ability to handle real-time voice calls.

Shift Timings & Off: 5-day work week with rotational shifts Predominantly night shifts

Compensation: CTC: 2.25 to 3.5 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)

Additional Information: Work from office Two-way cab facility available upto 25km radius from office based on the shift timings.
