Job summary

Sutherland in Chennai is hiring for an International Voice Process role requiring excellent verbal and written communication and 6 months to 3 years of experience in international voice processes. Immediate joiners are preferred, with a notice period of 15 days being considered.

Role involves 5-day work weeks with predominantly night shifts and cab facility within a 25 km radius. Office location: Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai.

We are hiring candidates for International Voice Process.

Job Criteria:

• 1) Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• 2) Minimum 6 months of experience to 3 years of Experience in an international voice process
• 3) Should be available to join us immediately (15 days Notice Period is Considerable)
• 4) Ability to handle real-time Call support.

Shift Timings & Off:

5-day work week with rotational week offs. Predominantly night shifts.

Compensation:

CTC: 3 to 3.5 LPA (varies based on candidate experience)

Additional Information:

Work from office Two-way cab facility available upto 25km radius from office based on the shift timings.
