Job summary

Indira IVF Hospital in Raipur seeks GNMs or BSc Nurses with state registration to support emergency care and corresponding donor activities. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, document findings, and ensure PCPNDT regulatory compliance in the workflow.

You will counsel patients and families, maintain complete medical histories, manage injections/medications, and keep records updated both on paper and digitally as per SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• GNM or BSc Nursing with Chhattisgarh State Registration.
• Experience or ability to provide patient care in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct & indirect patient care in emergency care situations.
• Explain procedures, medications, and answer patient queries with follow-up.
• Report and document USG findings/treatment plan in file/portal.
• Document prescribed medications/drugs in file/portal with trigger times.
• Execute donor-related activities with Donor Coordinator.
• Administer injections to patients/donors as prescribed.
• Maintain stock of injections/drugs.
• Elicit accurate patient/donor medical history.
• Coordinate procurement of documents per PCPNDT regulations.
• Update patient records in physical and digital formats.
• File all regulatory forms/consents before each procedure.
• Submit PCPNDT forms timely.
• Identify and address physical, emotional, and developmental needs of patients.
• Counsel patients and families; explain planned procedures.
• Ensure procedures are carried out per SOP and compliant with Universal Protection, Biomedical Hazard & Infection Control.

Role & responsibilities:

Provide direct & indirect patient care in emergency care situations.

Provide any & every detail about the procedures, medications, and answer patient queries & subsequent follow-up.

Reporting & documenting USG findings/treatment plan in File/Portal.

Documenting the prescribed mediation/Stimulation/HRT drugs etc. & in file/portal/ providing Trigger time.

Executing all Donor Related Activity, in association with Donor Coordinator.

Administer injection to patient/donor, as prescribed in file.

Maintain stock of all required injections/drugs.

Elicit accurate & relevant patient/donor medical history

Co-ordinate procurement of necessary documents from patient/donor, per PCPNDT regulations.

Update all patient records in both physical, as well as digital format.

File all regulatory forms/consents before each procedure.

Submit PCPNDT forms timely, as required by PCPNDT office.

Identify & provide for physical, emotional, and developmental needs of patients.

Counsel patients & their families; explain procedures planned for them.

Ensure all procedures are carried out as per the SOP, and are compliant with the Policies on Universal Protection, Biomedical Hazard & Infection Control.
