Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a Back-Office Operations role in Bengaluru. The candidate will research mainframe/legacy data, post accurate data to the account, and perform quality checks on client platform data to ensure precision.

The role requires strong knowledge of corporate actions (M&A, stock splits, spin-offs, options, rights exercises, and bonus shares), 24 months of relevant experience, and the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Post graduation in commerce and business administration.
• Excellent knowledge in voluntary & involuntary corporate actions (M&A, Stock Split, Spin-Off, Options, Right exercise, and Bonus shares).
• Experience in working on Corporate Actions (M&A, Stock Split, Spin-Off, Options, Right exercise, and Bonus shares).
• Minimum of 24 months work experience in the following applications/platforms; DTCC, Euroclear, Mainframe, On-Demand, Gains-keeper and Bloomberg.
• Domain Certification on any one of the following: Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Fund & Fixed Income.
• Must have strong interpersonal, written communication skills (comprehend and action written customer requests) with a desire to work in a Back-Office Operations environment
• Must be able to multi-task and be adaptable to change
• Must be able to meet department expectations, handle repetitive work, and work overtime as required
