Job summary

Lnsel Software is seeking a hands-on SEO Executive with 1-3 years of agency experience to manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO across multiple client projects. The role includes setting up analytics, managing WordPress sites, publishing landing pages, and optimizing performance end-to-end.

You will conduct keyword research, craft meta titles/descriptions, implement schema, and oversee GBP for local visibility while coordinating with developers and content teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on SEO experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Hands-on capability in GSC, GA4, GTM, WordPress, and Google Business Profile.
• Knowledge of Schema Markup implementation and technical SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive SEO Executive with 1-3 years of agency experience to manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO across multiple client projects. The ideal candidate can independently set up analytics tracking, manage WordPress sites, publish landing pages, and optimize search performance end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies

• Analytics & Tool Setup: Add and configure properties in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• WordPress & Landing Pages: Comfortably manage WordPress CMS to make SEO updates and independently build/publish basic SEO-friendly landing pages.
• On-Page & Content Optimization: Write compelling, SEO-friendly meta titles and meta descriptions, conduct keyword research, and optimize website content, headings, and link structures.
• Technical SEO & Schema: Implement Schema Markup / Structured Data and perform basic technical audits (indexing, crawling, page speed, redirects, broken links).
• Local SEO: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for maximum local visibility.
• Off-Page SEO: Execute link-building strategies, competitor backlink analysis, and citation management.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Track keyword rankings and traffic metrics, generate performance reports, and coordinate with developers and content creators.
