Gulf To World Group Llp in New Delhi is seeking an experienced immigration consultant to manage consultations for Canada and Australia PR pathways, guiding clients from initial contact through document submission.

The role requires strong English and Hindi communication, a client-focused approach, and a proven ability to meet enrolment targets. Expect a fixed salary with substantial incentives and rapid career growth within a dynamic, target-driven environment at our New Delhi office.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Canada or Australia immigration consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Express Entry CRS scoring, PNP streams, and Australian General Skilled Migration points test.
• Proven track record of client enrolments and successful case closures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Confident, client-facing personality with strong objection-handling ability.
• Self-motivated with ability to work under targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM tools and documentation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Keep clients informed on IRCC draws, DHA updates, and provincial changes.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-up logs, and pipeline reports daily.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth profiling and consultations for Canada PR (Express Entry, FSW, CEC, PNP) and Australia PR (Subclass 189, 190, 491)
• Manage complete client journey from first consultation to document collection, ECA coordination, profile building, and application submission
• Convert qualified leads into enrolments and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
• Follow up with warm leads provided by tele calling team no cold calling required
• Coordinate with case management team to ensure accurate and timely file processing
• Advise clients on IELTS/PTE strategy, occupation selection, and points optimization
• Keep clients informed on IRCC draws, DHA updates, and provincial program changes
• Maintain CRM records, follow-up logs, and pipeline reports on a daily basis

Preferred Candidate Profile
