Job summary

Invensis is seeking an experienced Accountant in Bengaluru to manage core accounting functions including financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting. The role covers GL, inventory postings, cash flow, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations, with payroll GL entries and vendor reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, strong MS Excel skills and excellent English communication. Joining is immediate to 10 days, with a 5-day weekend schedule.

• Handle core accounting, financial statements, budgeting & forecasting.
• Manage GL, inventory postings, cash flow analysis, AP, AR & bank reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll GL entries and vendor reconciliations.
• Review payments, follow up on outstanding payments and provide client updates.
• Perform quality checks and ensure accounting accuracy.
• Process simplification experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel with excellent English communication skills.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years only.

• Its 5 days for working(Sat or Sun off).
