Job summary

Geeta Omprakash Mule in Pune is seeking an experienced senior accountant to manage daily accounting entries, GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. You will coordinate with the CA for taxation and prepare monthly MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. A manufacturing/printing/advertising background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 25 years of accounting experience required.
• Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong GST, TDS and basic taxation knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Printing/Advertising/Signage industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
• Handle Purchase, Sales, Expenses, Receivables & Payables.
• Prepare invoices, quotations and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger management.
• Coordinate with CA for taxation and compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Monitor outstanding payments and vendor balances.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
