Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for quality assurance and quality checks at all levels of production.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, components and production inputs to ensure they meet defined quality specifications.
• Conduct regular in-process quality inspections at different stages of production and ensure defects are identified and controlled at the source.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards, specifications and SOPs.
• Conduct final inspection of finished products before packing or dispatch.
• Identify, document and analyze defects, rejections, rework and quality deviations.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional who will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring quality standards across all stages of production. The candidate will oversee incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks and final product inspection, ensuring that products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in footwear or sole manufacturing, strong knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to identify defects, analyze their root causes and implement corrective actions on the production floor.

• Take complete responsibility for quality assurance and quality checks at all levels of production.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, components and production inputs to ensure they meet defined quality specifications.
• Conduct regular in-process quality inspections at different stages of production and ensure defects are identified and controlled at the source.

• Conduct final inspection of finished products before they are cleared for packing or dispatch.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, preferably in the footwear, rubber sole, PVC, TPR
• Strong practical knowledge of incoming, in-process and final quality inspection.
• Experience in handling quality checks across multiple stages of production.
• Good understanding of footwear/sole manufacturing processes and common production defects.
• Experience in defect analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
