Job summary

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As Process Analyst/ Senior Analyst - Record to Report (R2R), you are responsible for general accounting which includes reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, Fixed Assets accounting, Inter-Company accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting financial analysis and reporting.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
• Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability, and propose appropriate actions.
• Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:B.Com./MBA Finance with Relevant Experience is mandatory
• Experience: 2to 6years in Record-to-Report
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Willingness to work in Night Shift is compulsory.
• Prior experience in RTR/Record-to-Reportis a mandatory requirement
