Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking an experienced R2R specialist to lead and execute Record to Report activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis, for complex clients across finance operations.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, excellent MS-Office skills (Excel), and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Must have working knowledge in finance & accounting /Month.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with all levels.
• Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel.
• Experience handling clients: escalations and reviews, daily interactions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving with simple solutions.
• Lead and execute R2R activities: journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis.
• Supervise and mentor R2R team members; drive process improvements.
• Provide financial data analysis and insights for decision making.

Aufgaben

• Review and reconciliation of Prepaid & Accruals accounts.
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and substantiating balances.
• Perform balance sheet reviews for movements and variance analysis.
• Perform P&L variance analysis and reporting.
• Review General Ledger control accounts.
• Perform quarterly financial reporting (SOX compliance).
• Understand policies and adapt to defined exception processes.
• Process Journal Entries and rectification entries.
• Communicate with client via emails and calls; manage daily operations with MS-Excel.

decision-making processes
