Job summary

Avillion Farms is seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to oversee plumbing and sanitary works at construction sites. You will execute installations per drawings and project requirements, review layouts, and coordinate with contractors and site teams.

Requirements include BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil/Plumbing, 2+ years in Plumbing Construction/MEP, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong leadership and communication skills. Immediate joiners only; male candidates only.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Plumbing Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Plumbing Construction / MEP Projects.
• Strong knowledge of building plumbing systems and construction practices.
• Good knowledge of water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, pipelines, valves, pumps, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Knowledge of plumbing testing, pressure testing, leak testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Strong site supervision, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor plumbing and sanitary works at the construction/project site.
• Execute plumbing installations as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review and interpret plumbing layouts, drainage drawings, water supply drawings, and specifications.
• Supervise the installation of water supply pipelines, drainage lines, sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and plumbing equipment.
• Monitor installation of hot and cold water supply systems, soil, waste, and rainwater drainage systems.
• Supervise pipeline routing, pipe laying, jointing, pressure testing, and leak testing.
• Ensure proper installation of toilets, washbasins, urinals, faucets, showers, and other sanitary fixtures.
• Coordinate with contractors, plumbers, consultants, civil engineers, and other site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify plumbing issues, deviations, and defects.
• Inspect plumbing materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical and site-related plumbing issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of plumbing works.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain plumbing work documentation.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and other services to avoid site clashes.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems before project handover.
• Ensure proper installation of water tanks, pumps, plumbing shafts, and associated equipment.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
• Monitor site work quality, manpower, materials, and overall plumbing work progress.
