Envigaurd in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Plumbing Site Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on plumbing execution for commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and residential projects. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in plumbing execution for commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site plumbing installations, coordinating with MEP teams, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects within the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute plumbing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, rainwater harvesting, and associated plumbing systems.
• Review plumbing drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, civil, electrical, HVAC, and other MEP teams to resolve site issues.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely project completion.
• Verify material quality, quantities, and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local plumbing codes, and client requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, and site productivity.
• Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings and provide technical support.
• Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in plumbing execution for commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping installations, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing, MEP, and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in office fit-outs, hospitals, hotels, high-rise buildings, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of CPVC, UPVC, HDPE, GI, DI, PPR, and MS piping systems.
• Experience in pressure testing, hydro testing, flushing, and plumbing system commissioning.
• Ability to handle contractor coordination, quantity verification, and billing support.
