Job summary

iEnergizer in Perungalathur, Chennai is seeking a Technical Support executive to handle inbound calls, chats, and emails for technical assistance. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; day shift, full-time, 6 days with weekly off on rotation.

You will follow scripts and SOPs, log tickets, and escalate unresolved issues to the L2 team, providing basic troubleshooting for hardware and connectivity issues. No sales or targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Any graduate or 12th can also apply.
• Language: Fluency in English with Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam/ Hindi (any one).
• Fresher and experienced can apply.
